Confidential Financial Services

Celebrating both this Confidential Financial Services client’s culture and Chicago’s city roots, we developed furniture solutions that support in creating a dynamic and collaborative workspace. Alongside design firm, Gensler, we sourced furniture that achieve the client's goals for the 80,000 square foot space.

The interiors were inspired by the city's grid-like system and feature materials such as steel, concrete, and wood. With multiple floors joined by an open staircase, the office promotes connectivity and offers a variety of seating postures to support activity-based workstyles. The fifth-floor "Urban Garden" provides a unique zone for employees to connect and restore, while the sixth-floor expansion features workstations, a large training room, and a bar/lounge area that takes inspiration from Chicago's beloved hospitality spaces. The office's theme of "learning" is anchored by a large sub-dividable training room, offering team members additional opportunities to connect and build company culture.
