Intercontinental Exchange (ICE)

EPSTEIN | HEDRICH BLESSING PHOTOGRAPHY

Light, airy, and functional, the ICE expansion into the floor above their Chicago headquarters adds 132 benching workstations and 19 private offices for the swiftly growing exchange network.

A low profile in open areas, private offices and group spaces allows everyone to share in the spectacular city skyline views, while increasing the visual volume of the space. Seating with curved lines is used throughout the space to complement the rectilinear benching and storage designs.

Textured, vivid upholstery fabrics were incorporated as a counterpoint to white marble, glass and laminate, and dark flooring and accent walls.

The result is lively, visually compelling, and modern.
