Savills Studley

SOM CHICAGO | TOM HARRIS ARCHITECTURAL PHOTOGRAPHY

Commercial real estate firm Savills Studley wanted its new Chicago headquarters to be clean and modern, yet timeless.

SOM and Corporate Concepts helped them achieve the high-end feel they sought, using woods and fabrics to ensure that the reception area remained warm and inviting, while open and private offices leverage blacks, grays and white for a crisp, contemporary effect. Unexpected pops of color keep things interesting throughout.

A variety of new Knoll furniture, including Tone height-adjustable worksurfaces, was selected to support the flexible, collaborative workstyle Savills Studley embraces. In addition, Corporate Concepts was able to reupholster the firm's iconic Knoll Studio Brno chairs, giving them new life and bringing them in line with the office's contemporary new aesthetic.
